Colorado native Brandon Karle leads J&B Specialty Trades with the same values that guided his decade-long career in emergency services: integrity, accountability, and service to others. A longtime resident of Southern Colorado, Brandon understands the homes, terrain, and communities he serves. He and his wife, Janae, a former Paramedic Deputy Chief with an ambulance company in Woodland Park, are raising their two children, Silas and Grace, in the same mountain communities J&B serves.
Most importantly, Brandon is a devoted husband and father. His deeper mission is to build a company that allows him to remain present as a father, supportive as a husband, and a steady example of balance and integrity. At J&B, family comes first—and that belief shapes every decision, every hire, and every client relationship.
Before entering residential remodeling, he worked as a project manager in Las Vegas, overseeing casino construction for a multibillion-dollar company. That experience shapes his approach today, delivering well-organized projects and dependable results for homeowners.
Brian coordinates job sites and maintains key relationships with trusted trade partners like RF Installations, Home Depot, and Cabinets To Go. His proactive approach and attention to detail help keep projects on schedule and well-executed. Whether managing logistics or supporting crews in the field, Brian is focused on delivering consistent, high-quality results.
